  • At Torch Capital Partners, we commit our personal capital to each investment opportunity we present. If a deal does not meet our standards, it will not meet yours. We believe that a meaningful co-investment is the best way to align the interests of sponsors with their limited partners. Our money is vested alongside yours.

  • At Torch Capital Partners, our business model is focused solely on dividends. We are not a fee-driven or AUM-driven company. We do not need to do deals. We only do them if they make true financial sense to us for our partners. If the risk outweighs the rewards, we will not do a deal. That might mean we do fewer deals than our competitors. That’s fine. Our deals are better.

  • We have no outside influences, agreements, allegiances, prior interests, legal complications, etc. We are the sole decision-makers on every investment. This frees us to be completely focused on delivering excellent service to our partners.
